Why am I losing radio streaming audio but not podcast ? ( vanity )

Problem began this morning . Tried to listen to Levin live on 3 different stations but lost audio after about 3-4 minutes . Re-start and again will cut out after a few minutes . Same thing just happened with Savage's show . Now listening to Chris Plante Show via podcast and no problem . What can be the trouble ???

There have been other people who have reported problems with Flash 11.7.700.169 that was just released a couple of days ago, so that might be it.
Myself, I listen to streams using Winamp whenever possible.
Some of the streams that I use:

- WMAL MP3: http://4293.live.streamtheworld.com:80/WMALAM_SC
- WTOP: http://2173.live.streamtheworld.com:80/WTOPFM_SC

- WTNT: http://91.121.16.169:8654

Flash 11.7.700.169 is what I have . WMAL cut out every time I tried to listen to Levin’s show LIVE this morning , after a few minutes . Re-start and audio came back but just for a few minutes . Podcasts work fine . Strange .

Again, try a MP3 or AAC stream instead of Flash.

OK . Now listening to Savage ( which cut out too after a couple of minutes when the show started , but now has been on for about 10 minutes w/o a problem .

Have you not started using DAR.FM?
For us expats, it is the greatest service on the internet.
I am now using it for Rush, Savage, and Kook to Kook AM.
I can also fast forward through the commercials and breaks.
