I have friends in Munhall, and yes, it was a nice area once. People thought the Waterfront development would improve things a little but I don’t know.
Investing in expensive infrastructure won’t make a community nice once it passes a certain percentage of “teens”. Look at the money poured into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor or the Kansas City School Experiment, and those cities and those school systems are crap because of teens.
The Waterfront is great...before about 6:30pm. After that...not so much:(
