States should start shutting down these abortion mills via the same methods the ATF uses. Stage surprise “inpections” and levy fines of $100,000 for each violation. Also, every time you find a violation, seal the doors and confiscate all of the records, equipment, etc.

A joke around medical schools goes something like this: "What do you call the student at the bottom of his class at medical school? Answer: Doctor"

Obviously, the point is that the sharpest knives in the drawer don't go on to be abortionists. The ones that do become abortionists are obviously in it for the money and likely don't have the skill sets commonly thought to belong to doctors.
