I drive through there all the time. Two of the worst speed traps ever. I believe Mr. Bundy got fried in Bradford County, Starke FL.

A clear violation of the 8th Amendment. If people are dangerous to a community, a jury of their peers should take care of it at sentencing.
Once a person has served their time, they should be left alone, and should also have all rights restored, including gun rights.
