In the video showing the two suspects walking, there is a lady holding several yellow balloons. She eventually steps aside at some point as the two suspects keep walking.
When you look at the video of the first explosion, you see a cluster of yellow balloons go flying in the air. Were these the balloons that the lady was holding? Was she injured in the blast?
My wife was asking this question this afternoon.
I also wonder
I had that same question earlier.
I recall how sad it was to see those balloons just afer the blast, thinking some child had to let them go.
