what? Private enterprise isn’t thriving underneath the yoke of excessive regulation, restriction, taxation, and general bureaucracy? Impossible. They probably just need to be taxed a little more.

Re: food trucks and excessive regulations, I saw a piece somewhere the other day that DC is just about killing what was becoming a thriving food truck industry.

Of course, I don’t see why you can’t just drive your truck to friendlier areas - which many are doing.

Per that article although Arlington VA is also considering new regs they’re expected to INCREASE opportunities for food trucks.

Outside of a traditional NY hot dog or pretzel stand I’ve never eaten from a food truck, but I have watched The Great Food Truck Race on Food TV, some folks make some pretty good stuff it seems.
