IMHO, the poll question is already slanted to help Obama. If you pick “no”... that can mean two things: he isn’t responsible (for the liberals) or he won’t be held responsible because of the leftist media (conservative). The question should be: Should Obama b held responsible (yes, no, no opinion, don’t know)
Big Media Rules for 2013 -
(a) if something goes wrong, there is never any connection to Obama and Obama is never responsible
(b) if something goes right, Obama is there to take the credit (usually with a photo-op) even if he had nothing to do with it

I took stats in college and only remember two things: the house always wins AND any poll question can be written to get the answer that the pollster wants. Looks to me that the question was written to get the answer the pollster wanted....
When immaculated into the US presidential position by the rich and powerful, the obozo hussein need not worry about such things as national security or anything else that concerns this country. All those supposedly elected officials in DC do a good job of keeping the citizens distracted by their contentious rants and none of them are hardly ever held to account for governing against the will of the people. Certainly not a president. Hell, Bill Clinton was responsible for killing 76 innocent Christians at Waco TX and he was impeached for lying about having sex in the WH with an intern. Impeached but not removed. The law of selective justice predominates the US today and if you are not one of the select, you can justify yourself as just another victim of the US government.
