A perfect example of bureaucratic corruption. Money, a lot of money, changed hands to keep the Butcher of Philadelphia up and “operating”. I bet if you audited the inspectors, board members, etc. you would see an unbelievable money trail ... people profiting in the war against women and babies.

Killing babies on a full seven day schedule requires the cooperation and assistance of all your local, state and federal officials. If just one of them refuses to cooperate you will up to your ears in paperwork.
