He’s probably pissed because of severe limitations on Chechnya Muslims US immigration to the US......

That's the problem right there. To many (most) Muslims, anyone who is not with them is against them. So merely by not being Muslim we are somehow persecuting or attacking them. Thus they feel entirely justified, obligated even, to attack us.
IMHO there can be no peace with Islam. There will always be some percentage of Muslims willing to attack non-Muslims. Since finding and destroying every single Quaran and digital copy on the planet is impractical, we had better just get used to the idea of always being prepared to defend ourselves, even adopting an eye-for-an-eye approach.
Not entirely accurate. Muslims are commanded to require all to "submit to Allah."
For People of the Book who declined to convert, originally defined as Christians and Jews but since expanded to other religions in practice, at least some of the time, this means agreeing to accept second-class status known as dhimmi.
While modern people may not draw a big distinction, this was VERY different from being enslaved. Dhimmi status, in practice, could vary from barely noticeable formal acknowledgement of Muslim superiority, to Jim Crow/Nazi type harassments to "keep them in their place." The real kicker to being a dhimmi was that the implications of the status could change at a moment's notice at the whim of the ruler. You had no real legal rights. It was very much like the status of Jews in medieval Europe.
Pagans/idolators, originally including Hindus and Buddhists, were supposed to be given the choice only between conversion and death.
It’s a wig. In some sects of Islam married women are allowed to use a wig to cover their heads.
