There are strategic and industrial uses for helium no one dreamed of in 1930. And there is a shortage and it is concerning.

Obviously, helium has a lot more uses than blowing-up kids’ balloons at parties or giving comics high, squeaky voices. This mental midget ought to be laughed off the House floor.
How could anyone with half a brain cell (yes, Hank Johnson said it) believe the island of Guam could capsize if too many islanders walked over to one side! Hank is a perfect match-up with Maxine Waters and Sheila Jackson Lee.
