Yeah, I'm sure one will be given to me as change at the supermarket any day now.
My local post office once had a stamp vending machine. When I used it to buy stamps, one of the coins it gave me in change was a buffalo nickel. I looked up how much it was worth. A lousy 2 bucks. Thats as close as I've ever gotten to a rare coin.
A couple of weeks ago a co-worker got a couple of Indian head pennies in change from the Tim Horton's. One was 1867. (Tim Horton's is a Canadian owned coffee and donut shop operating many stores here in metro Detroit...good coffee and pastries)
