This is a total BS article.

The first item mentioned was higher property taxes in Texas, but remember the price of property in CA is in most cases 4-10 time higher. So, the taxes paid in Texas are MUCH less on the same property.

I have seen the tripe before, it is nonsense.

Comparing income tax rates as well as property tax rates might provide a clearer picture. Texas doesn’t even have a personal income tax, does it?
