Clearance rate = solved crime-You have it backwards- 75 or 80% would be great. Chicago has a 25% clearance rate. NYPD has a 595. Now a days that’s good. Back in the 1950’s NYPD had rates of 90%. All BEFORE “Miranda”, lawyers, and elimination of “the 3rd degree”
