have they given you PT exercises to do at home? i am finding that the PT really is helping with my muscle issue. i think it's important to do those exercises they give you, even if it hurts, to build yourself back up to be able to walk normally. i will finally see my orthopod today. was your orthopod cute? because mine is a very nicelooking guy about my age. I asked my best friend who is a gynecologist if all the best looking guys going into orthopedics and she said definitely! it's uncanny. Every orthopod i've ever met has been attractive. i had one a few months back in this same practice for a cortisone shot in my shoulder and he was drop dead gorgeous but young enough to be my kid.
