Anyone who’s lived in California their whole life probably would barely notice a 3.9 quake. I personally don’t feel anything below a five!

Funny you mentioned that. I have not lived in california since 1963 and I STILL don’t consider anything less than a 5 to be newsworthy, and even then only if it happens somewhere where there normally are no earthquakes.

Well I have lived in So. Cal my whole life,(been through San Fernando, Whittier, Northridge, Landers) enough to know that some quakes build in intensity. I take them all seriously until the ground stops shaking.
