I think you’re on to something. The little old lady buried her dog under the debris when she saw the news crew coming down the street. She then enlisted the help of a rescuer who agreed to her devious plan.

I’m not sure what you’re smoking but I think it might be making you a bit paranoid.

The dog coming out of that rubble certainly didn’t look staged....and it doesn’t strike me the woman’s reaction indicated such either.......it’s a neat little story of unexpected survial.

Yes, it does. The way the off-camera person says "The dog!" sounds fake. And the debris looks like it was just placed over the dog. Maybe it really did happen the way the story says, and they reenacted it for the video.
