Ketchup, mustard and onions. Lots of onions.

Apparently, from the above replies, my including ketchup as part of my toppings of choice will put me in low esteem on this thread.

Ketchup on a hotdog is worse than low esteem. It’s downright disgusting. :-)

I’m right there with you. Typically I will use less ketchup than mustard, but I have always liked both on hot dogs. Relish sometimes as well.

If we talk Bratwurst, that’s a different game, then it depends on the brat.
