The only place I have found pottery shards was in one of New Mexico's cliff dwellers state parks where the sign said DO NOT PICK UP ARTIFACTS (I could not help myself I did it). Where is Kino Bay?
Northern Mexico, on the Gulf of California. There are hundreds of ruins scattered throughout Arizona. They are usually on the high ground near rivers (now dry).
