In my younger years I worked with many that were from behind the Iron Curtain. The job sucked and I stayed way to long, but I look back now on it and the gem I take away from it was what I learned from these folks. And one of those things is how the USSR used Psychiatry as a Political Weapon against those who were resisting Statism. Can one see history maybe not repeating itself but at least rhyming here? If you go there then one may ask why were they so intent on all medical records in a centralized database at their disposal and subject to Siblius's "shall issue" power?
