The answer is easy - ‘when adjusted for all variables such as education, years in the profession, etc there is so little difference in salaries between men and women so as to be inconsequential. If in fact this premise were true, a CEO practicing capitalism would only hire women if he/she could get the same productivity for less cost. Go to Thomas Sowell’s book “Vision of the Annointed” for more evidence on deconstructing this BS.
