There's a relatively small Peruvian/Bolivian colony in Northern Virginia ~ maybe 10,000 or so. George Zimmerman's mother was part of it.

Bunch of them got caught smuggling motor cycle parts to Peru and Bolivia inside of large used SUVs ~ which appear to be the only source of SUVs in that area of the world.

Northern Virginia is one of America's best used car markets ~ which is why it supports a serious used car export market. To sell cars you must have a reliable supply, and large SUVs are in abundance around here.
