Black leaders are concerned about jobs now?
When looking at low & skilled construction jobs, you see Mexicans happily taking the jobs young Black men will not.
Most young Mexican men are hard working and family oriented, while young Black men want to rap & make baby mommas.

And you also see unscrupulous contractors getting rid of their black (and white) workers because the illegals will do the work cheaper.
