If they were willing to illegally arrest a minor, it follows that said minor is likely to be innocent of whatever crime or misdemeanor to which he stands accused.

For all we know, her son may have “slighted” one of their sons or daughters at school, and to teach him a lesson, they retaliate.

The complainant said she was aware police would be coming to apprehend her 11-year-old son based on a criminal complaint, and that she just wanted to see the warrant.

Since the mom knew this was coming I would guess that there was a valid reason to arrest the kid.

The cops were jumping the gun. The cops should have just said we’ll be back tomorrow.

Arresting the mom was just stupid arrogance of a cop; Too arrogant to be a cop. He should be fired.
