They tested in in Alabama, and barely got squawks of protest. Some people here on Free Republic were willing to defend the practice.
Of course they’re going nationwide.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Texas was one of their targets.
Just the other day, a mother was arrested in Texas for demanding that she be shown an arrest warrant for her minor child.
The problem? No warrant, so the mother was arrested in retaliation.
