I share your disdain for the Hispanic/Latino classification, no other ethno-linguistic group gets that kind of treatment. Neither are races. A lot of are White including Sheen and everyone from Spain, some are Black. The people usually refereed to as “Hispanic” or “Latino” here are darker skinned folk (”brown”) of mixed white and Amerindian blood, Spanish word “mestizo”. I think they are certainly numerous enough to be considered a race of their own. Just calling them Brown would make sense, “pardo” (brown) is what mixed race people are called in Brazil. East Asians are called “amarillo” (yellow) that would be “racist” here of course.
Just whipped up a quick latin american version of Alec Baldwin in photoshop. He’d need latex ears to match Hugo’s, but otherwise all the facial features are perfect. And it would save Oliver Stone time from having to finish the script. Just put Alec in front of a camera and ask him to tell us his thoughts about Bush:
