They’re not going to get “papers” on something from the 1800s. We didn’t get all in a wad about things like that then.

However, it would be nice to give someone a proper burial, but that is probably beyond reach now.

A medical skeleton or a biology classroom one, no doubt originated from a body donated to science as specified in somebody’s will.

No skeletons in that closet. The coffin/skeleton and their purpose have been known for many years. Sounds like the police had nothing better to do.

The Native American angle is soooooo cheesy.
