That pretty much completely concurs with mine: The Masters.
“Duel” is one of those I hope is never, EVER remade.
On the subject of things never to be remade, much to my relief I read that - yet again - the American remake of the anime classic “Akira” has been shelved indefinitely.
GOOD.
He also wrote one of my favorite ST TOS episodes: “The Enemy Within”.

Wow! The news spent the last two days talking about actor James Gandolfini, but I haven’t heard a word about the passing of Matheson, arguably one of the most important writers in his genre.
