Stars of the hit A&E TV reality show Storage Wars are dropping like flies. Following a report that three main cast members of the series were being dropped due to budget cuts, an original star is also following suit.
Barry Weiss, 54, one of the primary treasure hunters on the long-running series which chronicles a group of individuals searching for profitable items in abandoned storage lockers, has reportedly made a decision to part ways with the network. According to a report from Radar Online, Weiss has already filmed a secret farewell episode following allegations that the show is unauthentic.
They havent announced hes leaving yet, but as of right now he is not coming back for season five, a source close to the show confirmed, claiming profitable products found by Weiss on the program were all planted by producers. Barry doesnt even pay for the lockers he buys, the production company does.

Oh great, another crisis to distract us from Obama’s real shenanigans.
Good. He is my least favorite person on the show.
I didn’t know that the opening of Al Capone’s vault had been turned into an on going series.
Watching people bid on storage lockers is dumb enough already.
Watching them bid on fake ones is just loony.
OMG! What will people do for mindless entertainment now! Oh yeah there is no limit to the mindless programing provided, so as to limit intelligent thought.
Ah yes! Geraldo’s moment of greatest triumph.
This BS is what the MSM will run first tonight.
We are left to relying on the British News services to keep us informed.
Thanks idiots. Keep it going and you can all live in Chicago style housing.
Guess if they just tracked real buyers, exploring real lockers the show would get boring fast. But I always assumed they were using their own money at risk.
I imagine the same on Pawnstars. There’s an interesting item on the shelf, the original seller is located (or actor hired), then they pretend to “walk through the door” with the item. The appraisers are interesting characters. I’ve been in the store several times and evacuated out when the producers needed to film a scene.

I can deal with that, but please don’t tell me they write all his puns for him.
Barry is 54???
I thought he was in his 70’s.
The show spawned a bunch of other auction shows all of them are BS. Just like the Pawn Stars and Swamp men.
I thought Jerry’s greatest triumph was getting hit in the nose by a flying chair in a melee with a neoNazi.
He’s at least 64
Watch Geraldo?
I must say that this is the most disturbing news since reading of the Bengazi and the IRS scandalous behavior on the part of the central socialist government.
Zounds!
There is no such thing as reality TV. Not even the news.
My favorite was when Charlie Manson scared the crap out of him during an interview (in prison).
I stopped watching when I found out that it was all fake................
Sure the show is fake to an extent. Brandi says it's real though, and who am I to argue with those....er her?
