Yes, best to wait for the police to give The Current Truth.

Indeed. We need more prominent conservatives to speak out on this issue.
This happened nearly two years ago. We shouldn’t just be hearing about things like this now.
No, but Henderson is apparently close to Las Vegas, where that murder occurred.

“BTW, I doubt violation of 3rd applies. Quartering of soldiers has a pretty specific meaning, and it isnt cops taking up tactical positions in your home.”
Maybe he Supreme Court will detect some “emanations from the penumbra” like they did with abortion and say it does.
I agree, but cops have no deep pockets!
And there is nothing in my post to say anything other than that. Thanks for calling me genius.
I was right.....Good night quisling.
I've noticed that the number of bootlickers that frequent this site have decreased significantly over the years.
Why the hell not? Who's property is it? If it's not theirs, they need to ask politely, and if told to bugger off, they bloody well need to bugger off. Frankly, it wouldn't matter to me if they had a signed order from a pet judge saying they could occupy my home. The only reason the government can get away with this kind of crap is because they will kill you if you resist.
Personally, I think it's time for their jobs to become a lot more dangerous than they are.
You may not win the firefight.
But you will stand before God, able to tell Him. Lord, I defended my wife and the children you gave me, while wicked men attacked me without cause. Forgive me for my trespasses and protect my widow and orphaned children.
If you are the one invading an innocent mans home, and you make his wife a widow and his children orphans, it is not the man whom you murdered to whom you will ultimately answer.
Amen. It's that kind of thinking that is the only thing that will put a stop to this.
Unemployment was high and the economy sucked but I dont recall Police over-reach then as I see happening now.
I do and did a lot of reading and also my job put me in contact with Government people including police every day.
The attitude even then were that there are two sides, one side Government the other side the natives.
In the earlier days, even in the 60s a policeman did pretty much according to his own conscience and most of them were pretty good but due to a few mistakes, lawsuits and etc they have developed procedure which have taken away any human conscience.
Some may be in denial.
Others spread disinformation, to keep the Sleeping Giant slumbering. We can’t have Americans realizing the corruption within many police departments. They might start questioning the appropriateness of Officer T-1000 receiving federal coin and military ‘toys’ while operating in clear defiance of the Constitution.
We need another Robert Peel:
****
The basic mission for which the police exist is to prevent crime and disorder.
The ability of the police to perform their duties is dependent upon the public approval of police actions.
Police must secure the willing co-operation of the public in voluntary observation of the law to be able to secure and maintain the respect of the public.
The degree of co-operation of the public that can be secured diminishes proportionately to the necessity of the use of physical force.
Police seek and preserve public favour not by catering to public opinion, but by constantly demonstrating absolute impartial service to the law.
Police use physical force to the extent necessary to secure observance of the law or to restore order only when the exercise of persuasion, advice, and warning is found to be insufficient.
Police, at all times, should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent upon every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence.
Police should always direct their action strictly towards their functions, and never appear to usurp the powers of the judiciary.
The test of police efficiency is the absence of crime and disorder, not the visible evidence of police action in dealing with it.
You’re wrong on all counts,
The people involved weren’t even the “domestically violent”, they just had the bad luck to be neighbors of the “domestically violent”.
Yep, need LEO with more brains and common sense. The best Deputy Sheriff we had out here was 30 years ago and the man was the image of a country lawman, big burly guy with a pot belly- he didn’t finish school and could not read or write. He could and did solve issues without things getting out of hand and occasionally had to deal with very serious people/issues- and did with no problem. I used to help him with his paper work because the sheriff’s dept. did not know he couldn’t write. Once a cowboy was complaining that he got a DUI and had to fill out his own arrest report. Funny stuff but when things were dicey he was your man, and a lot like Andy Griffin in the way he handled things.
