I’d think that the litmust test would be more than 2 wheels. The reason is simple. One or two wheels requires you to use centrifical force and the gyroscope principle to stay verticle. Three wheels or more gives you a solid platform, even at rest.
All stools have three or more legs. I would think all cars would have three or more wheels and anything less would be a motorcycle.
I’m not arguing with you. I’m just saying how it would be if I were dictator. ;-)
