Just to be clear it is about liberal-initiated racism in the end. A white non-hispanic has the least access to fairness, A white hispanic gets more advantages, a black hispanic gets a bit mpre advantage, and a black non-hispanic gets the highest advantage to govt assistance. Assistance should be about need, but the racial/ethnic classifications are about pre-determining a person’s need.
