If you actually read the contract for the staff, it was not employment but slavery. I’ve never heard of a company that docks your pay for the day, including federal holidays when you call in sick and your tips are property of the house. These ghouls deserve the scorn.
I don’t see how docking people pay is legal. In my state is its not.
