Yes he is a marked man and could be killed at any minute. I would say it is still preferable to 30 years to life in prison.
I believe he will be assassinated within a year. A Black thug, wanting “street Cred” will shoot him. he may well be re-arrested on Federal Charges and be hauled before a black judge to be re-tried for the next 3 years. He will die in Prison.
