Before the echoes of "no justice, no peace" chants by the Revolutionary Communist Party faded from hearing outside the Seminole County courthouse, The Daily Mail (of London, England) has cited on July 14, 2013 of Treyvon Martin's past run ins with both school officials and police in his hometown of Miami, Florida.

Prior to moving to Sanford, Florida to spend the summer with his father and his girlfriend, Martin lived with his mother, Sabrina Fulton in the Miami suburb of Miami Gardens.

It was while a student at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School that Martin's disciplinary and criminal past started to be documented by various government authorities.
