I am flabbergasted how any body can read the Florida Criminal statue and come to the conclusion that 2nd murder or manslaughter applies.
Reading the statute or not. If a guy is bashing your head against the ground, breaking your nose and reaching for your weapon, it is illogical and ignorant to say that it is not purely self-defense.
We have a broken country filled with proudly ignorant people. Everyone seems to know better than others, and are proud to spout off to everyone.
