The easiest way to not find something is to look in the wrong place and in the case of biblical archaeological evidence there are two ways to do that i.e. look in the wrong physical place and/or the wrong assumed time period:

one group even argues that King David was no king at all. Let me guess, they work for the Aye-raabs. The muzzies would try to to discredit anything that reminds them and others of the strong Jewish history of that area. I think I will disregard anything else that group has to offer.
