Will Barack Hussein Obama again slither out of another legal challenge to his eligibility? Most likely he will. The court can easily avoid the problem of discrediting an expert by simply not listening to him (as the most humane solution.) Courts refused to listen more than once, claiming that the plaintiff has "no standing" (as if he is a citizen of China, or something.) The GZ/TM case has clearly demonstrated that there are lawyers and judges who are willing to do what they are told. If an official refuses to see the light, though, like the Police Chief, he'll be simply thrown out and replaced with a true believer - in best traditions of democracy, of course.

Agree., there is no chance of a solution within the Judicial System. Even if Judge Moore ruled against Obama, it would be appealed and delayed and delayed. Even if the decision that Obama wasn't eligible were upheld, it would come down to the courts and what army IMO.
