The mayor of the Cleveland suburb where three bodies have been found says the suspect in their deaths may have been fascinated with an Ohio man convicted in 2011 of killing 11 women and hiding their remains on his property.
East Cleveland Mayor Gary Norton said the 35-year-old suspect, identified to Fox8.com by East Cleveland's police chief as Michael Madison, is a registered sex offender and has served prison time. Norton said that in police interviews, the suspect led them to believe he might have been influenced by Anthony Sowell, who was sentenced to death for his crimes and remains in prison

A body left out in this heat for a week is not going to be a pleasant thing to deal with.
My FIL lived off Noble Rd. Used to be a nice area.
Our company owned a good sized apartment building on Noble many years ago. East Cleveland is an area to avoid at all costs.
I grew up in lakewood and N Olmsted.
Why allow sex offenders out of prison? Duh.
Someone please explain to me why a person convicted of murdering 11 women, and given the death sentence is still breathing, being clothed and cared for in one of our prisons.
