It's that time of year again, CrossFitters! The Individual Men and Women competitors got their surprise announcements last night that the Games would begin on Wednesday (again) rather than on Friday with some grueling sprint and distance work.
Will Rich Froning three-peat? Who will take the top spot for the women now that last year's first- and second-place finishers aren't competing this year? Will anyone be able to make heads or tails of the Team workouts? Stuffing or potatoes? Why am I still talking like this?
Tune in to find out!

Gentlemen (and ladies?),
Ya’ll seemed to be following along with last year’s thread, so I figured I’d ping you to this year’s.
Apologies if I have erred!

I was able to watch a little on my computer this afternoon. I’ve been at cross fit for about 8 months, and really think I’m in the best shape of my life at 45 yrs.

Thanks I always enjoyed watching this especially the women. But since January I cancelled my cable but I might get it back in time for football and the winter Olympics.
