I live have lived in Charlotte 12 years now.The only decent BBQ I have found is the Brisket at Mac’s Speed Shop on South Blvd. Do you engage in any form of exercise other than jumping to conclusions?
You seem to believe that NC barbecue is all chopped and all served doused with eastern pepper-vinegar sauce, which is demonstrably incorrect. Maybe you should get out more.
