It’s spiral of chaos. They insist that it’s racism that keeps black criminals in jail. When they are let out through lenient sentencing, parole or whatever, they return to their communities and commit violence (e.g. Chicago) and that allows them to claim racism yet again.
So in other words it’s racism to put black criminals in jail, and it’s also racist to let them out of jail.
Well, between Obama and the Zimmerman trial, we’ve learned it’s racism to stay behind a locked door when a black man walks by, and it’s racism to get out of the car, so yeah, that’s the construct: damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
