I know of it an and actually watched some...they actually riff on good movies like the Empire Strikes Back, etc.

there is currently a ‘Rift’ between 2 factions of MST3K

Rifftrax and Cinematic Titanic.

both are good. but I prefer they be on a scheduled channel and not on line....

“Foam 2” was a fake movie that was a plot device in the 1986 movie “One Crazy Summer.”

I can’t believe I didn’t recognize that. John Cusack, Demi Moore, Bobcat Goldthwait, etc. Great flick.

WTF?! They should’ve just killed her off, then.

Plenty of sharks flying around able to do ‘the job’....

Yes, I guess I heard an ad while I had ID or Military Channel on in the background the other day.

Makes sense in that SyFy always tries to get in a head of "real" or "original" productions with their shoddy lookalike stuff to try to confuse consumers by piggy-backing on to others' marketing efforts.

Actually, no, it’s just one of my favourite movies. That saxophone scene was actually horrid. What you hear was obviously some kind of synthsax, not a real horn. But that doesn’t take away from the overall awesomeness of the movie.

Better off Dead is the ultimate in 80s movies or in teen angst movies. Several have tried, they all come short. Even though I was in my 20s at the time nobody who knew me would argue when I said that I had Lane Myer luck.

After several attempts today to watch Sharknado, I finally finished it. The Sharknado deserves the best actor ( not special effects ) Emmy this year. Had to wait through three quarters of the movie just to see the star. The Sharknado rocks.

Now for some points. Tara Reid's “acting” sucked which would be an quite an effort in this movie. Her BF gets eaten by a shark in her living room and she seems unmoved by it for the rest of the movie.

They should have never showed us what happened to the runaway Ferris Wheel. It could of had it's own Sci Fi movie, running over people, sharks, and other things for two hours.

The second one should be set well inland, like Wyoming.

For the record, @TaraReid is awesome and was great to work with in #SHARKNADO. We'd be lucky to have her back for the sequel. That is all!— The Asylum (@theasylumcc) July 29, 2013
