What will inevitably happen is that a gay will achieve a position of power, and promote their own, and eventually, like termites they will burrow in so deep into the organization they cannot be rooted out.
This is what happened in the Catholic Church, and in the Entertainment Industry.

Coming to the Boys Scouts as well.
The Scouts will be as big a punchline to late night comdiens as gay priests did to the Catholic Church and the Village People did to with their "YMCA" song.
