Isn’t that discrimination against normal/straight people?
It looks like the developer is marketing these properties to homosexuals, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they would refuse to sell one to normal people. It seems they weren’t having any luck selling them at all, up to now. They could end up with a homosexual enclave simply by advertising and individual decisions.
