Right you are. Coyotes generally start at the ass and eat forward, so on a cow the genitals and udders are first to go. As far and the tongue and ears, birds probably got them.

The eyes are the softest body parts of all, but they're always present on these carcasses. Why don't the birds take them?

And why would coyotes stop at the anus and udder? Why wouldn't they keep on going through the rest of the soft tissues?

And answer me this.....why do they always hide their tracks when they leave?
