Looks to me like another Harley with big fenders.
Sorry but Harleys look like Indians. Indians were first. Does it matter who own the Indian name now? Most companies change ownership after a time. At least it's an American owner.
25 year old performance? It's a newly designed 111 cubic inch engine with ABS and cruise control.
Yes it's as fast as most BMW's that aren't sports bikes.
It handles as well as a comparable Honda. (Shadow, F6B, 1300).
Ducati's are beautiful bikes, but they are sports bikes. The 2014 Indian is beautiful on a whole different level.

Ural definitely has a classic look. East German post war classic. I prefer classic American bikes.

No one is asking you to like the new Indian though. Go buy your BMW/Ducati/Honda and I'll still wave to you regardless of what you are riding from the back of my own Honda...but I'll be wishing I was on an Indian.

The Ural has the classic look because it is still a copy of a 1938 BMW, and it has never been changed.

You can even see the grind marks on the front fenders of where they sanded it smooth.
