 photo 208TH042_zps71673550.jpg This picture was taken in 1945 in Berlin by my Father. The old man and my Father became friends. Daddy was actually visiting with him when they got notice that their son had been captured by the British. His name was either Wolfgang or Fritz. I just happened to notice the tank in the back ground. Anyone know what it was? I know there is not much to go on.

I just happened to notice the tank in the back ground. Anyone know what it was? I know there is not much to go on

Given the roadwheels and what can be seen of the turret and gun (and their location on the tank's hull), I'm pretty sure it's a Soviet T-34.

To add, look at the road wheels in this picture of a T-34. They're a match.
