I played high school football in Texas and at the time, we had the fanciest stadium in the state, but even in adjusted dollars it wasn’t 60 mil.

Just to clarify: the Allen facility is a full athletic complex. It is a large campus of buildings, fields and structures. It's still big, but it gets presented as $60M for just a football stadium; which is not quite the reality.
