Two of the teens accused of gunning down a promising Australian student in the street 'just for the fun of it' were today charged with first-degree murder and the third as an accessory.
Chris Lane, 22, originally from Melbourne, was jogging in the small town of Duncan in Oklahoma on Friday when he was shot in the back and left to die in the gutter.
James Edwards, 15, and Chancey Luna, 16, are charged as adults with first-degree murder and are being held without bond.
Michael Jones, 17, is charged with use of a vehicle while a weapon was discharged and accessory after the fact of first degree murder. His bond is set at $1million
Jones said in open court today, 'I pulled the trigger', but the judge directed him to remain quiet Chris was in the U.S. on a baseball scholarship and was returning from a visit to his girlfriend when he was senselessly gunned down because the teens were 'bored'.
Duncan Police say it appears the boys were keeping a log of the crimes on their Facebook pages and believe they killed an animal before shooting Chris.
They also think they were planning to kill again just four hours after his murder.
James Edwards tweeted on last Tuesday - just two days before the shooting - that he was 'With my n*****s when it's time to start taken life's [sic].'
His Facebook profile is filled with pictures of him making gang signs, holding guns and wads of cash and he even has a Vimeo of him brandishing a shotgun.

And yet they want to take your personal gun away, so you can’t defend yourself. I wonder who these politicians think they represent? Lobbyists? Pressure groups? Donors? They certainly don’t represent me.
We are supposed to be politically correct. In this case, that means no hate crime, no mention that the killers are feral black youth, no discussion of whether race hatred was a motive, etc.
In the Zimmerman case, all the liberals could talk about was race. In a case like this, the liberals will say that the race of either victim or killer is unimportant. That’s the world we live in today.
But fight on. Never give up. Talk with family and friends. The internet is a great equalizer.

I would be interested to know what impact our beloved media had in stirring up hate by its 24/7 coverage of the Treyvon Martin trial and aftermath. The old rule of advertising was that customers had to hear something 50 times on tv or radio before it had an impact on their purchasing activities. The media hit this thousands of time, the victimization, the purported racism of society, the race of Zimmerman, the unsoiled nature of the victim, the fact that anyone wearing a “hoodie” is automatically suspect, etc , all themes that if you pound them long enough, will spark someone inclined to violence in the first place to justify what they then do and/or make them more prone to do it. Does anyone else think that the media is so separated from most of middle class America, that they delight in stirring up animosities and division, and that unlike normal people, the media could care less who is an unintended victim of their constant deceit and mendacity?
This wasn’t a hate crime it was a fun crime.
These boys thought it would be fun to murder a white man.
They would stop laughing if they lived 75 years ago.

I just love the photos of the parents crying. Hey, my kid is 15 too and guess what? There is no way in hell he is in a gang, no way in hell he has stacks and stacks of 100 dollar bills and no way in hell is he posting photos of himself on Facebook with guns while making gang signs. I know exactly what my kid is doing every minute of every day. What is your excuse?

Meantime; we know we will not hear from Obama; that any one of these perps 'could have been me'. We do know of course; as easily per the 'truth' of Trayvon; it could have been. No question that Obama embodies the contempt and degradation he speaks of; and invites.

You have the perps mixed up. The mutant who ran his mouth in court was one of the black ones. The white one is facing somewhat lesser charges because he was the driver, not the gunman.
What pathetic contempt of life Liberalism fosters and embeds in a culture. We all know the old, Garbage in; Garbage out and Et Al wisdom speak; and thanks to Liberals; the Left; and the misguided; and those now; just plain evil by their ignorance; we are reaping what has been sown by way of a Liberal culture that proudly defies all moral rationale.
There are many good people of all 'colors' in our Country; but it should behoove the Blacks to see what is being sown 'in their name'. The Left is pushing back Blacks to the stereotype from which they suffered for years to overcome; post being brought here.
The 'Mexican' immigrants will not be far behind; as they are 'next' on the list for becoming disabled; disabused; dehumanized; by a Democrat, Leftist; socialist Government; which by it's 'lights'- or lack thereof, in fact - has long established; this IS their 'Forward'*.
