I love oatmeal with cinnamon sprinkled on top and eat a lot of it.
I do too. I need fiber so i cook 1/4 cup of oatmeal then add same of Buds. 1 tsp honey, cinnamon, and a few frozen cherries ( my fave) I I also use almond or almond/coconut milk. Keep a hot cup of coffee close to wash down the bites. Mmmmm good!
